1. PISA MEDICEA

We will start our itinerary from Carrara Square, then we will visit The Royal Palace and the Church of St. Nicola. Continuing our tour, we will arrive to Dante Square, where we will see the Sapienza of Pisa, and we will go on to the Knights’ Square that during the Modern Age was the headquarters of the Order of the Knights of St. Stephen. We will go through Borgo Stretto to Garibaldi Square and we will cross the Ponte di Mezzo to finish our tour to XX September Square, where we will tell you everything about the Cittadella and the famous Game of the bridge.
2. Tour of the town

During our tour in the historical centre of the town, we will visit the most importat streets and monuments that belong both to the old age and the present. We will start the itinerary from Vittorio Emanuele II Square, that has recently been restored, to continue with the famous Keith Harring’s wall painting, created in 1989. We will go through Corso Italia, one of the most popular streets of the town, and we will stop at Carmine Church and at the Church of St. Domenico; then, we will continue our tour to XX September Square, town-hall’s seat. After Garibaldi Square, we will go through Borgo Stretto to arrive to Knights’ Square, seat of power during the Middle Ages, headquarters of the Order of the Knights of St. Stephen during the Modern Age and main house of the Scuola Normale of Pisa at present.
3. Medieval Pisa

We will start from the Square of Miracles, centre of the religious power during the Middle Ages, and we will arrive to Knights’ Square, core of the political power during the Modern Age. Then, we will go through Borgo Stretto, one of the most important streets at the medieval time, and after having crossed the Ponte di Mezzo, we will visit the main buildings in Lungarno Galileo Galilei and the Holy Sepulchre Church. In St. Martino street, we will visit the Church of St. Martino and we will walk through the road, where still at present it is possible to notice the traces of the famous medieval case torri (tower-houses). In the end, we will go to XX September Square, where we will admire Gambacorti Palace.
4. Square of Miracles

Tour of one of the most important historical complex in Europe, UNESCO world heritage site since 1989. This itinerary includes the introduction to the Square, the description of all its monuments (Baptistry, Monumental Cemetery, Leaning Tower and Cathedral) and the visit inside the Cathedral, Baptistry and Cemetery.*
